What we do not collect

Feed Well does not collect, store, or process customer personal data such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or emails.

What we process

We access and transform only the product catalog information you select (products, variants, collections) to generate feed files for channels like Google Merchant Center and Meta. This data remains within your Shopify store and the connected channel endpoints you choose.

Google user data

Connecting a Google account is optional and only used to add your feed to your Google Merchant Center account for you. When you connect it, we receive:

• the email address of the Google account, to show which account is connected;
• an access token for the Merchant Center permission (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/content) you approve on Google's screen.

We use this access only to:

• list the Merchant Center accounts you can access, so you can choose one;
• create, update and delete the data source that makes Merchant Center fetch the feed file Feed Well generates from your store;
• read the processing status of that data source (item counts and issues) to show it in the app.

Feed Well's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, or share it with third parties. Nobody at Feed Well reads it, except when you ask us for support, for security reasons, or when required by law.

The token is stored on our servers only while the account is connected. Disconnecting the Google account in the app, or uninstalling the app, revokes the access at Google and deletes the token and email address. You can also remove the access at any time in your Google Account settings.

Security & retention

• No customer PII is stored by Feed Well. The only personal data is the connected Google account's email address described above.
• We do not sell, share, or retain merchant or customer data.
• Access is limited to the minimum scope necessary to generate feeds.

Your choices

• You control which products/collections are included in each feed.
• You can remove or regenerate feeds at any time.
• Uninstalling the app immediately revokes our access to your store.
