The service

Feed Well is a Shopify app that generates product feeds from your store's catalog for sales channels such as Google Merchant Center, Meta and Akakçe. If you connect a Google account, Feed Well also adds your feed to the Merchant Center account you choose.

Your account

• You use Feed Well through your Shopify store and accept these terms by installing it.
• You are responsible for the product data in your store and in your feeds, and for following the policies of the channels you send them to (for example Google Merchant Center policies).
• You connect only Google and Merchant Center accounts you are allowed to manage.

Fees

Paid plans are billed by Shopify. Plan limits and prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.

Availability

We work to keep feeds generated and delivered on schedule, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties. Channels such as Google may reject or delay products for their own reasons.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Feed Well is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales, caused by the use of the app or of the channels feeds are sent to.

Ending the service

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app; this also revokes our access to your store and to your connected Google account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

How we handle data, including Google user data, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will show the new effective date on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
